ASKK Property is a real estate developer and owner of the second largest Porsche Center in the world.

The Porsche dealership has a gross building area (GBA) of 12 384 m2 and a gross lease area (GLA) of 11 487,2 m2 and is one of the main Porsche’s global flagship dealers in the world.

The property is located on a total area of 13 361 m2, has spacious showrooms located on the first and second floor of the building. The second floor also houses a Porsche café and a cafeteria for employees. High-quality office space is located on the third floor, which also houses a Ducati showroom. The Porsche Center has a spacious underground garage with 94 parking spaces and its own storage areas.

The four-story building is fully leased to Sportcar-Center, the most successful Porsche dealer in Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2016, ASKK Holding GmbH won a tender organized by Mercedes-Benz for the construction of a specialized AMG dealership (to be constructed on the second vacant piece of land) that would have become the first of its kind in the world.

The project was postponed but the prime location of the site still offers great development potential.

The site with a total area of 10 282 m2 could accommodate the construction of e.g. an AMG dealership with a GBA of approx. 13 000 m2.

In 2017 the project of Porsche Experience Center construction on the neighboring land plot was worked out. It implies to construct a building on the territory of 10 000 m2 that would fully comply with the highest Porsche standards and express the brand’s sporty spirit, the perfection of shape and proportions, using the best technical solutions for the infrastructure.

At the moment the project implementation is on hold. However, there is still high potential in the development of this concept, as the territory allows developing not only Porsche projects, but other brands as well.

The main land plot advantage for development of premium-segment projects is the large area that exeeds 10 000 m2 as well as strategically perfect location.
